*If a booking is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the Client is required to cover the cost of the unused booking.
*If a booking is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance by a Regular Client, the booking will be considered as used and will reduce the remaining number of bookings available in the pass.
*A Regular Client with a Standing Reservation may cancel courts free of charge each month, provided that the number of cancellations does not exceed 25% of the total number of bookings made for that month.
