Badminton school training sessions are designed to improve not only technique and tactics, but also overall physical fitness. General development exercises help enhance coordination, endurance, and strength—key elements for playing badminton effectively.
With this well-balanced training approach, you will not only refine your badminton skills but also improve your overall fitness, stamina, and body shape.
Our badminton schools welcome participants of all ages and skill levels—from complete beginners to advanced players. Currently, around 130 players regularly attend our badminton programs.
We offer:
Group classes for children (5+) and youth – engaging games, general development, and technical training to improve motor skills while having fun with peers.
Classes are held twice a week in groups of 8, 12, or 16 participants, under the supervision of one or two coaches, and last 60 minutes.Group classes for adults – sessions for those who want to deepen their skills in an atmosphere of focus, friendly competition, and enjoyment.
Classes are held twice a week in groups of 8 or 12 participants, under the supervision of one or two coaches, and last 90 minutes.
